Own the model. Own the stack.
The Problem

The market is built to rent you intelligence. It is not built to help you own it.

The default path is a frontier API. It is easy to start, it meters you by the token, and it sends your data out of the building on every call. For a demo, that is fine. For the bulk of real work, it is an expense that never ends and a dependency you did not choose.

What is underserved is the other path. Owning the whole stack. A harness that runs any open model, with memory, tuning, evaluation, fast inference, a research agent, and the security to run it all offline. Or build your own model. This briefing is a working blueprint for that path, and for the thin slice of work that still belongs on the frontier.

The Briefing

Eighteen slides. Here is what they answer.

01What does owning the whole stack actually require?
02How does one harness run any open model, or one you build?
03Where do memory, tuning, evaluation, and fast inference live?
04How do you secure an agent that runs offline?
05What makes an answer defensible, not just fluent?
06What is the one move to start with on Monday?

The answers are in the presentation above. Play the briefing, about six minutes.
